Voice is a non-profit voter registration initiative in the United States for young voters from the age of 18 to 24. The slogan for Voice is ‘I am America’, which is reflected in the logotype’s triple center ‘i’ that conveys people uniting for a cause. In order to make the information to voters more accessible to potential voters, I made the layout minimal and clean so that the information does not overwhelm constituents.
Money Lingo is an educational financial literacy and planning app to make adulting easier. It uses the geometric san serif Locator to partner with theUS dollar sign to make its mark. Also the talk bubble symbolizes how money is an open and ongoing relationship that new adults will continuously have.
Serobe is a Sesotho whiskey that is cured in the traditional ways of the Bushmen of southern Africa. The whiskey is made from fermented green maize aged for a year in a toasted rosewood barrel lined with leather that is buried in the rich African soil. Its namesake Serobe means ‘nested’ in Basotho. The goal is to preserve their cultural roots of bush while allowing drinkers to experience it.
Birthood is a natural birthing and child center focused on guiding women through their pregnancy, birth, and newborn experience. The center’s environment is a reflection of this. When a mother walks in, they will unravel history of obstetrics and midwifery care from the 1900s to today. It educates and evaluates labor and delivery care options to its patients so that mothers can create their ideal birthing plan. Insuring that women can trust their bodies.
Radicondoli is a card set showcase many of the citizens of Radicondoli partaking in the forgotten vaules of everyday life. There are three cards with italian sayings that value work, love, and family. Such as the quote ‘La Poverte de la Madre di Tutti le Arti” which translates to “Necessity is the mother of invention”. This speaks to the core of the Radicondolis’ since they create what they need, when they need it.
